Participants attending this session will learn how an academic-practice partnership team evaluated Organizational Culture Assessment instruments. The goal of selecting a tool was to better understand a psychiatric hospital's current culture. Understanding the culture is the first step in developing strategies to enhance the health of the workplace environment.
